Silky Orange Cocoa Cream

Here’s a creamy, healthy dessert that’s both delicious and easy to make. I’ve made this silky avocado chocolate cream countless times, and while the texture and flavor can vary slightly depending on the variety and ripeness of the avocados, it’s always so delicious. Give it a try!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • Juice of 1 orange + optional orange zest
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 35 g raw cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Peel and pit the avocados, then place them in a food processor or a blender.
  2.  Add the orange juice and, if desired, some grated orange zest, along with the honey, raw cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Divide the cream into four bowls and garnish with orange zest and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
  5. Enjoy!
