- Mix all the overnight oat ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. For the date-peanut cream blend the dates, water and peanut butter in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a layer of date–peanut butter cream on the bottom of a jar or bowl. Add the overnight oats on top. Cover with another layer of date–peanut butter cream. Garnish with banana, berries, cacao nibs or any toppings you like. This overnight oats is easy to prepare in larger batches, so your breakfast will be quick and effortless. Enjoy!
