Mix all the granola ingredients together. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the granola is baking, prepare the jam. Add the frozen berries and water to a pot. Heat over medium heat until the berries have softened, then mash them with a fork. Add the chia seeds and cook for a few more minutes. Let the jam sit for 20–30 minutes to thicken.
To serve, layer the ingredients: start with granola, then yogurt, then jam, and finish with more granola on top. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
