Beetroot Hummus
If you love hummus but want a little change from the usual, this recipe is for you!

cooked beetroot

cooked chickpeas
approx. a 400 ml can
2-3
garlic cloves
3
tbsp
tahini
1
tbsp
honey
1 1/2
juice of a lemon
salt
pepper
chili flakes
Method
Blend all the ingredients until the hummus is nice and creamy (I blended it for quite a while).
Put hummus in a jar, top it with some olive oil and store in a fridge! Enjoy!
