Minu t\u00f6\u00f6 on minu jaoks palju enamat kui lihtsalt amet \u2013 see on valdkond, mis pakub mulle siirast r\u00f5\u00f5mu ja v\u00e4\u00e4rtust. Minu soov on toetada inimesi tervislikumate ja teadlikumate valikute tegemisel nii toitumise kui ka elustiili osas.<\/span><\/p><p>Omandasin toitumisn\u00f5ustaja sertifikaadi Rahvatervise Akadeemias. Lisaks pean oluliseks oma teadmiste pidevat t\u00e4iendamist, et pakkuda klientidele ajakohast ja personaalset n\u00f5ustamist.\nOlen t\u00e4iendanud oma teadmisi Tallinna Tervishoiu K\u00f5rgkoolis ning l\u00e4binud mitmeid erialaseid t\u00e4iendkoolitusi, sealhulgas ts\u00f6liaakia, toidulisandite ja mikrotoitainete teemadel. Juba 10\u201311-aastaselt meeldis mulle perele s\u00fc\u00fca valmistada ja katsetada uusi retsepte. Aastate jooksul kasvas sellest uudishimust s\u00fcgavam huvi toidu ja toitumise vastu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">18-aastaselt alustasin t\u00f6\u00f6d Itaalia restoranis. See kogemus arendas lisaks kokandusoskustele ka kliendisuhtlust ning \u00f5petas arvestama inimeste erinevate eelistuste ja vajadustega. Mul on ligikaudu nelja aasta pikkune kogemus t\u00f6\u00f6tades erinevates k\u00f6\u00f6kides.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Reisimine ja elamine erinevates riikides on andnud mulle palju inspiratsiooni ning kujundanud minu arusaama sellest, et hea toit v\u00f5ib olla samaaegselt nii nauditav kui ka tervist toetav. Olen k\u00fclastanud \u00fcle 20 riigi ning viimased kaheksa aastat elanud Kreekas. Erinevad kultuurid ja k\u00f6\u00f6gid m\u00f5jutavad suuresti ka minu retseptiloomingut.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b415b6 universaalseid toitumiskavasid, rangeid dieete ega kilokalorite lugemist kui tervist toetava toitumise alustalasid. Selle asemel aitan klientidel m\u00f5ista oma v\u00e4ljakutsete tegelikke p\u00f5hjuseid ning leida lahendusi, mis sobivad nende elustiili, vajaduste ja v\u00f5imalustega. Minu eesm\u00e4rk on toetada inimesi realistlike ja j\u00e4tkusuutlike muutuste tegemisel \u2013 sageli v\u00e4ikeste sammude kaudu \u2013<\/span>mis aitavad parandada nende igap\u00e4evast enesetunnet ja heaolu.<\/p><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Kui tunned, et sooviksid personaalset tuge ja juhendamist toitumise teemal, v\u00f5ta minuga julgelt \u00fchendust.
